Our first collection of states, made with Carl Zeiss. Color, calibrated — to change not just what you see, but how it feels.

The idea didn’t start in a lab

It started with a frustration — that eyewear had become either purely functional or purely fashion, and almost never both. I wanted something that did real work for the eye, made by people who understood light better than anyone.

That search led to Carl Zeiss. For over a century they’ve studied how colour and light reach the eye, and what happens after — measured properly, with EEG and eye-tracking, in university studies rather than marketing copy.

The result is a single frame and a set of states. One lens to cut the sun. Three more, tuned to specific wavelengths, to shift how you see and feel as the day moves. No app. No screen. No login — you decide which state you’re in, and you change it with your hands.

Flow. For staying with it.

This is the one you reach for when you've got something to finish. Yellow lifts contrast and warms the whole scene — edges get sharper, colors get deeper, and somehow it's easier to stay with what's in front of you instead of drifting off it. Put it on, and the noise quietens down.

Blue is what you put on when you need to come back to yourself — after the flight, the slow afternoon, the moment you lost the thread. It cools the scene down and brings a kind of clarity, like opening a window in a stuffy room. For second winds.

Calm. For taking it down a notch.

Green is the color the eye works least to process — which is part of why it feels calm to look through. Things soften without going dark. It's the lens for the slower end of the day, when you want to be present without being switched on.
